Appointment Policies

• Services are scheduled by appointment only and one at a time to provide each pup with undivided attention and a low-stress environment. To help maintain this standard for all appointments, please ensure your appointment date & time work with your schedule and will allow you to drop off & pick up on time.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so more than 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment may result in a fee equal to 50% of the price of your appointment.

• Early drop offs (more than 10 minutes before your appointment) must be arranged ahead of time, and may not always be possible.

• There is a 15 minute late arrival grace period, after which your appointment may be marked as a No Show and will need to be rescheduled.

• No Show fees are equal to the full price of your missed appointment and must be paid before the appointment can be rescheduled.

• Pups must be picked up within 20 minutes of their service being completed. Late pick up fees are $5 per 5 minutes after the first 20 minutes.
